Of course, our main goal was to sell our property - and we did, thanks to Rita, with an outstanding result. The offers started to appear within a week from listing our apartment, and we closed on the deal not long after that. Rita took care of the appropriate pricing based on the market, which attracted many interested buyers. Rita's team also took care of the professional staging and our place looked simply beautiful.
